Improve Your Self Image: Hypnosis

Excellent self-hypnosis from The Love Tapes by Bob Griswold, with affirmations, relaxation, and creative visualization. There are are visual patterns on the screen but you may also close your eyes for maximum benefit. All of Bob’s excellent audio programs (in much better audio quality) are available at www.efflearn.com. I didn’t intend to sound harsh. I apologize. The overall effect of the video is good!

Well, the audio is the important thing. Actually on tape it tells you to close your eyes but I had to put something to look at. Perhaps I made a mistake but too late now to fix it!

Thanks for the comment. I started listening to this tape over 20 years ago. You don’t hear much anymore about the Love Tapes — I suppose it was an 80′s thing. They really helped me a lot.
